Mahouts and Elephants

Acrylic on stretched canvas. (SOLD but can replicate in a similar style). The size is much bigger than it appears here, i.e. about one and a half times the width of the one above, approx 92X32 cm. £95

The sun goes down and it is time for a cool plunge. The elephants in India are well cared for and the empathy between the mahout and his elephant is tangible.
